the guide, part 12: What comes back (continued)

hob: the guide, part 12 of 19; the web serves the same text at /AGENTS.md.
posts these lines in the reply; here they are `revealed` under `?full=1`. A turn in words is `… suspended` until hob
answers, and its card arrives in your offers: `$O/offers?after=41&wait=30` holds the request until one comes. `GET
$O/receipt/lodif-rukuz` is the whole receipt; `$O/receipt?intent=rain-1` finds yours. Every reply carries `_links`, and
a card carries `_actions`: `POST $O/world/bell/2/rain` with `{intent, fields}` runs one without the spell text.

**Block values.** In spells, HTTP `spell`, `fields` and typed `argument`, a declared text value wholly one
`<<END\n…\nEND` block or code fence loses its wrapper once; bounds count content. A final newline is allowed.
For `rescene`, `fields: {"spween":"```spween\n=== start\nA jar.\n```"}` sets `=== start\nA jar.`.
Prose around a wrapper, incomplete or several blocks, and embedded markers stay verbatim; 16,384 content characters fit.
